Dr. Sadia Cheema is a passionate educator, experienced HR practitioner, and emerging scholar in business management. Dr. Sadia Cheema holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia (2020–2024). She earned her MPhil in Business Administration from the National College of Business Administration and Economics, Pakistan (2016), and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Virtual University of Pakistan (2014). Her academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts from Baha Uddin Zakariya University, Pakistan (2007).

Dr. Cheema has a blended academic and industry background. She currently serves as a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at CQUniversity (2025–Present). Prior to this, she worked as a Sessional Academic (Lecturer/Tutor) at Queensland University of Technology from 2023 to 2024. Her academic leadership roles include serving as Vice Principal and Administrator at Al-Fattah Group of Schools in Pakistan from 2007 to 2014.
In the corporate sector, she was the Human Resource Manager at PCA Cargo Pvt. Ltd. (2014–2020), where she gained substantial experience in organizational leadership and HRM strategy. Dr. Cheema is also certified by the Institute of Managers and Leaders (Australia & New Zealand), affirming her commitment to professional excellence.

Dr. Cheema’s research interests lie at the intersection of human resource management, organizational behavior, and business education. She has a strong focus on the integration of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning, quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, and evidence-based HRM practices. Her work incorporates advanced statistical modeling (e.g., SEM, LMM), and she is skilled in mixed-method approaches including ethnography, discourse analysis, and fsQCA.
