Sample collection of pharmaceutical and plastic industrial effluents at the discharging point of Pharmaceutical and Plastic industries, Sharada, Kano State, Nigeria. 2021  Collection of Allium cepa bulbs from Yan Albasa Market, Kano State, Nigeria. 2021

Performed practical laboratory preparation of plant materials and techniques for chromosomal studies such as collection of root tips, pretreatment, fixation, hydrolysis, staining, slide preparation and microscopy at Umaru Musa Yaradua University laboratory, Nigeria.

Carried out tissue culture experiments at Nigeria Institute for Oil Palm Research (NIFOR), Dutse, branch, Nigeria.

Carried out DNA extraction, PCR, and Agarose Gel Electrophoresis at the Centre for Biotechnology Research, Bayero University Kano.
