Prof. Lyudmila Kabaivanova is a distinguished scientist with extensive expertise in microbiology, biochemistry, and biotechnology. She earned her Master’s degree in Microbiology and Biochemistry from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridsky and completed her PhD in Microbiology at the Stephan Angeloff Institute of Microbiology. Currently serving as Deputy Director of the institute and Head of the Department of Biotechnology, she plays a key leadership role in advancing scientific research.
